The turner rides directly on the concrete walls - no special rail required. The unit is remotely controlled - no operator required on the machine.

A transfer carriage moves the compost turner from one channel to another. One turner can process up to 35,000 tonnes per year.

Transform Compost Turners operate in the top of the 8 ft high concrete walls. An inclined conveyor lifts and mixes the material, breaking preferential air pathways and moving the composting material along the channel.

The standard turner moves the product 12 ft with each pass. An optional conveyor allows the product to be moved 24 feet with each pass.
