Optimize Your Composting Process.

A well designed aeration system means faster composting - greater productivity, higher quality compost.

The microbes that do all the work for us are aerobic - they need oxygen to thrive. So let’s make sure they get what they need!

The unique AirFloor® System offers an effective method of providing air through a concrete floor. The AirFloorR can be used to provide air during active composting, for compost curing and biofiltration. The AirFloor® profile is also designed to serve as a practical leachate collection system.

The aerated floor is simple to construct and can be designed to support industrial loading equipment. The AirFloor® is designed to minimize risk of hole blockage.

The cost effective AirFloor® system uses standard PVC piping, yet is completely customizable, allowing users to change the distance between aeration pipes as well as the hole sizing and spacing.

The top of the AirFloor® profile can be used as a screed to ensure level concrete placement.

This graph shows oxygen concentrations in the core of a 9 ft wide and 6 ft high composting bunker equipped with a Transform aeration system including timer and temperature feedback. Core temperature was maintained at 71 C. The microbes are rapidly using the oxygen provided the aeration system.
